BUILD STRENGTH & ENDURANCE

OPEN GYM TIMES

The gym is open during these times to workout outside of rostered class times. No supervision is provided during these open gym times so you train at your own responsibility.

CROSSFIT

These sessions are designed to provide a safe effective session in a one hour period. These sessions include a warm up, mobility, strength, skill and a high intensity workout followed by a relaxing stretch. Each session is tailored to your individual level of fitness.

WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Specific training for Olympic lifting (Snatch, Clean, and Jerk) is for anyone who wants to work towards an Olympic lifting competition or just wants to improve Olympic lifts for a CrossFit competition. 

G40

40 minutes of high-intensity functional movements full of fun and variety. An excellent cardio blast without the complex gymnastics and Olympic movements. Some movements include specific isolation exercises to tone and shape your physique.

LONGEVITY

This session is specifically designed to work on all the areas prone to injuries (Back, shoulders, knees). Guaranteed to help you feel better and move better.
